Grant joined Springthrough in early 2020 as a new addition to our managed services team. He worked as the Head Student Technician at Hope College Computing & Information Technology for one year. He diagnosed, repaired, and resolved issues for computers on the Hope College campus, whether that be software, hardware, networking, or anything in-between. Grant was also in charge of overseeing the student technicians and managing the Help Desk. He coordinated with other departments to deploy service installations and repairs across the campus. Prior to working at Hope College, Grant worked as independent IT support for many years throughout his early education.
Grant build his first computer when he was 11 years old, and he can solve a Rubik's cube in under 25 seconds.
